Executive Chef - JC Colon
Originally from San Diego, Executive Chef JC Colon earned his culinary degree from New York’s French Culinary Institute and gained experience leading kitchens with several major restaurant groups in California prior to moving to Atlanta, most recently serving as executive chef at Publico.
